Baez asks about second statement Roy Kronks made on Dec 11, 2008 (remains found).In statement Kronk said he "manipulated" skull with meter stick. Kronk didn't mention to law enforcement he stuck his meter reader stick into eye socket of skull. Kronk says he told the first male officer on scene he called before. Kronk says the officer told him not to mention it. Sidebar. Baez asks Kronk why he changed story of location of skull (in bag or not). Kronk said he changed statement after reflecting on what happened. Kronk also said he was overwhelmed at the time he gave statement.
