Jesse Grund testifies that Casey said she felt uncomfortable with Lee being around her and Caylee. Casey told him she woke up one night and Lee was over her and her shirt was up. Another night he was groping .Jesse Grund didnt want to know any more. He took CA's word for it , as truth and fact.
Jesse is released and the judge is deciding if he is a relevant  witness.
 State does not question JG.The state has objected to JG's testimony because of hearsay. Judge Perry expected to rule soon.Judge is going to make final decision on Grund's testimony tomorrow. But doesn't think it's admissible.






They are now discussing another witness. I think it is the bereavement expert. She was available on the Saturday, the day they had to obtain a deposition on Rodriquez.  Judge wants to know why deposition  wasn't taken. Defense doesn't want to give state a "preview" to prepare
The witness is in Tallahassee.  She is scheduled to be here tomorrow am. She has not visited Casey Anthony.
JP> Judge is asking questions about her testimony. It's concerning grief. She never interviewed.  I do not have a crystal ball. I don't know what she is going to testify to.. I have given you cases  dealing with grief. Depending on what she is going to say.. some may admissable, some may be inadmissible. bsne may be admissible, depending on hypotheticals given and testimony. I guess, I can only listen to testimony and we will enter in and out like pop tarts. (sidebars)
All of you have been captoring the testimony.  All you have to do is save it on a jump drive. You have a laptop at your desk. You could have asked court reporter for testimony. Email me cases , if you find some tonight.  I like to read them prior. 
Mason says there is about 6 more witnesses after grief doctor. 
Ann Finnell will argue something related to death penalty tomorrow vvia telephone.Before the defense rests, it will be CA s decision if she wants to testify.
