CINDY ANTHONY




Cindy testifies they had a dog named Mandy in  Ohio. They had to euthanize her. The vet told them to bring something to memorialize her. She brought a baby blanket. She was holding the dog when they euthanized here. They took the dog wrapped in a blanket and gave her the dog bag in a bag. There was no duct tape.
They had a dog name Bo. He was buried in the back yard in 1990. Bo was taken to the Vet. Casey and George took him to the vet The vet secured his remains. The kids and George had a ceremony in the back yard.  Casey was 4 years old. The dog was in black plastic with tape. '
There were no other pets that the vet secured.They had other pets that died. They would wrap the pets in blanket or towel , with a toy and wrapped in garbage bags  and tape.  CA testifies that Penny was buried in 2009.CA put him in Caylees hooded bath towel. She put him in a plastic bag and wrapped him in packing plastic.
  Burdick> CA did not euthanize her pets with chloroform.CA did not put duct tape on their faces. Cinnamon and Ginger died within 6 months of each other. The first in 2003 and then 2004. Casey was a senior in high school. Casey assisted CA was present while they wrapped the pets. The tape was to compact the pets for burial. The burial preparation was a family tradition. CA testifies that Casey was present at some of the burials. By the time Casey was a senior she was aware of the method of the burial.
Baez> CA testifies the tape was at the top and bottom of the roll. They wanted to keep animals out of the bags.
