Yuri Mellich was the lead detective. He did not find any notes on making chloroform. He found no containerrs or rags. No products were found.
December 11, 2008. Second search warrant was executed. No products, note or chemicals were found to make chloroform. Baez > Were you looking for chloroform> Melich reviews warrant.. Yes we did look for items. Dec 20, 2008, Third search warrant was executed. The third warrant was not in regard to chloroform Baez> Why? YM> Because we had looked twice. If we had found something we would have stopped and go an addend to search warrant..
