Jason Forgey, Canine Unit, OCSO

Deputy Forgery is on the stand.
Baez>  He shows Jason Forgery the drawing by himself.  March 24, 2011, the forensics bay garage and TWO  vehicles.  He testified that he deployed his dog on two dogs. The other car is not involved in the case.  It was a blue car. He deployed the dog on the unknown car first. He testifies that  is canine supervisor and GB were present. Mike Vincent  was present. This is not the first time he testified that his supervisor was present. His supervisor did not feel out report. It is not the practice.  He deployed his dog on two cars for no real reason. He wanted to make sure his dogs mindset was correct. He testifies it has nothing to do with his training. IN training you have two vehicles but not in the real world. He did it because there were two cars in the forensic bay. He does not know if he could have had the car moved among other cars in  the lot prior to search. He testifies that there were two cars in the bay. He did not ask to move it . No more questions.
Burdick.> Regardles if there were 2, 4 or hundred cars , you knew the Pontiac Sunfire was the car in question. Detective Forgery Yes. NO more questions.
