• Cindy is expected to continue her testimony today. Lee Anthony has been granted his motion, filed on Friday,  and is allowed to sit courtroom.

Cindy Anthony takes the stand, Jury enters.  Prosecutor Burdic continues her questioning. July 3rd the in the evening hours , Cindy posted the paragraph on MYspace.She talked to Casey on July 4th. She talked to Casey about her feelings. She expressed to Casey that she felt Caylee was missing in her heart. She did not know Caylee was not with Casey. She told Casey she felt betrayed. Casey told her she needed time away. She was not mad with Cindy. She wanted to work things out with Jeff. She told Cindy at some time she was going to have to be alone without Casey and Caylee. Cindy realized she was being selfish. Cindy thought she was with a man with money.She discussed her feelings that Casey was jealous of her , in some fashion. Jesse Grund had brought it up , when they were engaged. Casey denied i t. Cindy discussed with her that she had left without warning. Cindy discussed with her that Casey had left without warning despite Cindy was the financial provider. The conversation concluded with Casey needing her space. Cindy "backed off." but she learned how to text during that time. So she checked up on Casey everyday. Cindy was never given opportunity speak to see Caylee. She was told Caylee was at the beach , with Zachary, napping, on a boat and various excuses. Cindy thought Casey would return after July 4th but then Casey said their was something wrong with the car and her boyfriend Jeff was going to have it checked.She thoguht it would be then be Tuesday or Wednesday. George inquired everyday about Casey. Cindy told  George, to let her go as Casey needed space. The weekend after July 4th Casey would be home. She had received a text the Jeffs  mother, Jules was going to get married, Cindy did not see her. Casey told her that she was in Jacksonville  and they were packing the car and they were going to caravan back,.  July 13th, George and Cindy were working in the yard. They saw the notice (about the tow) in the door. Cindy thought it was put there Thursday or Friday, because the date on the notice was the 10 or 11th.  They notice said "Johnson's" and "certified letter." They did not know any company named "Johnsons." George had started his new job on the 14th. She expected Casey home in the afternoon. George was scheduled to work 3-11p. George picked up the letter .Cindy told Casey she had alot of explaining to do. She told Casey to come home to talk. George went to the tow yard and the receipt was 488.00. Cindy had to go as both their names were on the title and one had to drive Casey's car home. Cindy met George at home and they went to the tow yard together. Cindy was by the car after he left the tow yard.George said they had to get home because the car smelled and it was going to rain. Cindy did not smell anything. When Cindy got home,Cindy could smell the car as she approached it. Cindy said ,"OMG, what is wrong with the car.?" Cindy said she said it smelled like something had died in the car. She learned there had been trash in the car. they opened the hood, doors and trunk.They took the battery out so Casey could not take the car. Cindy starts to cry as she recounts that Caylee''s favorite doll was in the car. Caylee's backpack was in the car. Casey's purse and shoes were in the car. She took everything except the shoes and a collapsible basket in the car. She left everything in the trunk except Caylee's back pack. She wiped the baby doll with a Clorox wipe. They dolls body was cloth and she put Fe breeze on it and sprayed the inside of the car. Cindy testifies the smell was strong and she never smelled that before. Cindy is a nurse. She has been exposed to rotting wounds. She has debrided wounds. As a student nurse, they went to the morgue and saw bodies that had been dead a long time. Cindy had encouraged George to go to work as it was close to his start time. George had not taken anything out of the car. Cindy identifies a pic of the Pontiac Sunfire.It is a rear view of the back of the car, the trunk is closed. Recess due to technical difficulty .Cindy identifies pic of front of vehicle. Cindy identifies pic of drivers side view of vehicle. Cindy identifies pic of inside of vehicle, with the remaining items in the vehicle. Baez has no objections but requests sidebar. Judge Perry states,"IF there is no objection why do you needs sidebar?" Baez states, "In regard t testimony given." Judge Perry allows the sidebar.
On a side note, Cindy and George told police that Casey would come home and get belongings but not any of Caylees.
The sidebar was in reference to Cindy stating that there had been a steak knife of hers in  the car. Jury is to r. Cindy is obviously upset, quiet and looking down. Cindy is crying as she is shown the backseat of the car and sees Caylee's car seat. She testifies that there was a par of Casey's pants and there was a pair of boots. Cindy removed the slacks , due to the odor and put them in the laundry. The back seat has a pair of high heels and a boot on the back seat. There is a dryer sheet on the boot. Cindy testifies on July 9th when she was disposed, she could not remember if she put the dryer sheet there or not.
Casey is stoic. The prosecutor is reminding Cindy that on July 9th she testified that she did not know the dryer sheet was in there. Cindy states she was started on 2 medications and she told them at the onset of the deposition.The prosecutor asks her if she remembers her asking her at the beginning of the deposition if there was anything that would hinder her testimony. Cindy says "Yes.". Cindy is showa a pic of the basket from the back seat of the car. It is a basket with Caylee's doll.Cindy cries and Casey sits stoicly and is emotionless. Cindy testifies that the items were turned over to the police.  Cindy is greatly upset and shaking. Cindy testifies that she went through Casey;s work purse when Cindy returned from work.She found Amy  Huzienga;s resume with her contact info.She looked through Caylee's backpack. Casey starts to wipe her eyes , as she always does, but has no tears. The inside of Caylees back pack is shown and identified by Cindy Anthony. Cindy took out Caylee's toothbrush. Caylee's backpack was on the floor of the trunk.. The blue bin had plastic hangars.Cindy did not clean the trunk or vacuum it. She had febreezed it. Cindy went back to work and left the doors and trunk open. Cindy was at work for an hour and a half to two hours. Cindy attemptedto contact Casey.She was unable to reach her. Cindy explained to co-workers why she abruptly left the office ad tried to work. Her immediate supervisor told her to go home but Cindy told her she had a few things to finish. Her Director told her to go home and they would finish. She had told co-workers she had not see Caylee however, they had been aware over the last month as they often inquire about each others family.Cindy had told the co workers it smelled like something died i the car. "It was a figue of speech." She was paraphrasing what George had said. She re-attemptied to call Casey. She called Amy. She picked up Amy from the Florida Mall. Amy took Cindy to where Casey was staying. Shehad told Amy she had not see Caylee. Amy took Cindy to Tony's Lazzaro's apartment. Cindy was shocked Amy knew exactly where to go as Amy said she had just dropped her off. Cindy stayed in the hallway while Amy knocked on teh door. She saw Amy knock on the door and Casey stepped outside. Cindy asked her what she was doing there and that they needed to talk. Cindy did not see Caylee. Casey said Caylee was iwth the nanny. Cindy told Casey to come and they had to talk. Cindy told Casey that they were going to go get Caylee. Amy knew Cindy was upset and went back to the car. Casey put her sandals on and left with Cindy. Casey referenced she would be back to Tony's later. Cindy said that would be fine. Cindy limited her conversation as Amy was in the car. They took Amy home. Cindy then asked where Caylee was.Cindy commented that before the left from Amy's she had to start talkin. Casey said she would take Cindy to Caylee. Casey started to have drive around then started to make excuses as why it would not be a good time. As they passed the Orlando police station , Cindy told Casey if she would not answer she would get someone who will get answers. The Orland sub station was closed. Casey was tryig to explain and they were arguing. Cindy called 911 from the car. Casey is sitting stoically in her chair. Cindy continues to look down. She is upset and has her hand to her forehead.
CaseyAnthony sits at the defense table with Clay Sims while the attorneys are at sidebar.Cindy Anthony has left the witness stand for the 15 minute recess.After leaving the witness stand, Cindy Anthony returns to sit with George Anthony, CaseyAnthony is back in the courtroom. She left briefly for the recess.Judge Perry is sitting on the bench, working during this break. He is looking through some documents. It looks like the 911 calls that Cindy Anthony made will be played in court soon. Cindy Anthony is wearing a black, white, and grey print dress with a black cardigan.Cindy Anthony sits with her hand over her mouth as she listens to the 911 calls being played.Cindy Anthony wipes away tears as she listens to another 911 call. As the 911 calls are playing, the transcripts are being shown on the courtroom monitors. 
The Casey Anthony jurors are looking at the video screens while they listen to the calls. She is sitting there emotionless, not crying while her mother is doubled over in agony.Cindy Anthony cries openly as she tells how she heard that Caylee was missing. Casey Anthony wipes tears away from her eyes. Cindy Anthony covers her face and holds her head down as she hears the next 911 call.Cindy now seems to be crouching down in the witness stand. Only the top of her head and her back can be seen.The jurors seem to be focused on the monitors, reading the transcripts for the 911 call. Cindy comes down from the witness stand, meeting George by the door. He hugs her and they walk of the courtroom together. Once Cindy gone, Case yAnthony shakes her head "no.” None of the Casey Anthony jurors took notes during any of the three 911 calls.

Cindy mostly looks down as she is testifying now after the short break. Clay Sims whispers to CaseyAnthony as the next 911 call is played. Cindy Anthony holds her head downward with her hand over her mouth as this next 911 call is played.Cindy Anthony is now crying silently on the witness stand, listening to the 911 call. The Casey Anthony jurors are reading the transcripts on the monitors, not watching Cindy Anthony.CaseyAnthony is leaving the courtroom for the lunch break. CaseyAnthony and her defense team are now back in the courtroom. So is the prosecution team. CaseyAnthony smiles slightly and wipes away tears as Cindy talks about Casey’s relationship with her daughter Caylee. Cindy describes Casey as a good mother. Caylee adored her mom. Caylees" eyes would light up. Casey never abused or tortured Caylee. Caylee was never neglected. The first time Casey went to the doctor. She went to the doctors a few days before June 30th, the day they found out she was pregnant. Cindy is being show n a pic of Casey at Cindy's brothers wedding.Cindy did not believe she was pregnant. She is being  questioned by Jose Baez. 
Casey was sick at the wedding and went to go lay down. Cindy's brother asked if she was pregnant. Cindy and George said "no." Cindy states Casey was sedentary . She was working in human resources. Baez asks if she is sure if she did not have a belly because she was participating in sports. Cindy states, "Yes."  Baez  asks Cindy if she is aware that for the last 3 years Casey has been in a cell for 23 hours a day. "Yes, per Cindy." Baez asks Casey Anthony to stand. Sidebar. Baez evidently wants Casey to stand and see if she has a belly. He is trying to prove that Cindy and George were hiding the fact that she was pregnant. Casey Anthony shakes her away. hright ead “no,” as Cindy says her observations of Casey’s current physical conditions. Cindy said Casey went to the doctor for ovarian cysts and bloating. She had irregular periods. Casey first got her period when she was 10. Baez qustions Cindys" decision not to have Casey go to the gynecologist until she was 19. Cindy states  did not start having irregular periods until a few months prior to her notification of pregnancy.Cindy testifies that Casey told her the Jesse Grund was the father. Cindy asked her . she found out Jesse Grund was not the father. Casey told her that Eric Baker was Caylee's father. Casey said Eric Baker was 2 years younger than her and he was an old friend. She started seeing him around the time she started seeing Jesse.He lived in Kentucky, North Carolina, He was in town and sad about his girlfriend. They had a one night stand. He reunited with his girlfriend. Cindy did not try to meet him. Casey did not offer to have her meet him. When Caylee was two, she called Cindy hysterical and said Eric was in a car accident and died. Caylee had a half brother per Casey. There is no father on Caylee's birth certificate. Cindy denies that there is any evidence that Eric Baker exists. 
Casey told her that Jules had cancer. This is Jeffrey mother, the man from Jacksonville.  Zach's mother is deceased. Jeffery Hopkins was 2-4 years older than cancer. Zachery was a year older than Caylee. Both Caylee and Zachary had a parent who was deceased. Jeff took custody of Zachary. Jeff did not know he was a father until th mother passed away. Caseys' wishes were to move with Jeffery. Cindy states that there were many times they were to meet Jeffery. Cindy remembers that the plans were always cancelled the day of the event. There were times that Cindy thought Jeff was coming and Cindy cooked and bought food. Cindy told co workers and friends about Jeffery. 
Juliette Lewis was a co worker of Casey at Universal and Hard Rock. Cindy never met Juliette. Casey described  Juliette. Cindy was in the parking lot with Casey waiting for an hour and a half waiting for Juliette and her boss. They were planning a fundraiser. Cindy never had an oppurtunity to meet Juliette. Cindy would ask about Annabelle and Caylee would act like she knew her. Annabelle was the same age as Caylee. Never saw any pics of Annabelle. Raquel Ferrel was Zanny's roommate Cindy never saw her, talked to her, saw a pic. 
Cindy never saw a pic of the nanny. This was the same time she heard of Jeff's. Zanny was Jeff's girlfriend. This was 2 1/2 years before Caylee was known to be missing. 
Over the 2 years.17thsh. Zanny , Casey and Dora how to count in spanish.  One time Caylee  had scratches on her legs. Cindy asked Caylee how she got them.Caylee said a puppy did it. Casey said Zanny got a dog. There were weeks at a time Cindy babysity.Zanny was a fill in. Most of the time, Casey would drop off Caylee at work with Cindy. There were different times that Zanny moved, her mom was ill and Zanny took a job at a bar. Casey would talk to Cindy about Zanny's life. Zanny's mom had heart issues. Her mom's name was Gloria.
Dominc Casey was a private investigator who worked for Mr Baez. Domini thought Zanny might be in Puerto Rico.Cindy received a tip of someone in Puerto Rico.
Cindy appears exhausted. Baez moves to Casey's high school graduation and when she found out Casey was not going to graduate. Cindy never had issue to doubt Casey.
Cindy thought Amy might be zanny . She thought Ricardo might be Zanny.Cindy gave law enforcement a phone number she thought mght be Zanny's but it was one of Casey's friends.  Cindy testifies that she may have told LE that Caylee could have drowned. Baez is met with many objections.  Cindy told Detective Mellich that she found the ladder attached to the pool June 16th, may have been the 17th, but Cindy testifies she feels it was the 16th. The side gate was open. Cindy was alarmed as the dogs were in the back yard and the dogs could get out. She told her co workers about the gate and pool ladder. George denied knowledge and Casey(as far as she knew) had not been back home. She thought someone could have been inn the pool. 
Seth Watts worked for Fox News. Cindy met Mark Fuhrman. Cindy had both men into their home and discussed the case with her.  She fond out Mark Fuhrman was actually working for Greta Von Sustenberg. Cindy denies telling Mark Fuhrman and Watts she left the ladder on the pool. Cindy testifies that around 4pm June 16th.  Casey tried several attempts to reach Cindy. 
July 15th, Cindy found the notice on the door. It was common to deliver the notice on the door. They have a community mailbox. seThe date on the notice was July 10th-11th. Cindy recalls telling the police via her 911 call that they had picked up the car that day.Cindy testifies that she thought the smell was garbage. Cindy states she does  not know why she said it was a dead body. It just popped out.
Cindy testifies that she said it smelled like a dead body because the police were talking a long time to get there and she wanted them there faster. Defense with no more question.
The prosecution re-directs. The only time that Cindy knows the gate was not locked was the 16th.The lock can only be  locked from the inside. George denied unlocking the lock. Caylee was unable. Casey is the only person left. Cindy testifies she told co workers that George and Simon Birch had pulled the trash out of the car. She told co workers it smelled like a dead body.The smell was worse  than "rotting flesh"  that she was exposed to during work. Cindy does not recall what she told George after the 911 call. She ran to him in the driveway and she collapsed in her arms. She testifies that they copyrighted Caylees image and name to prevent exploitation. 
All the lies began after Caylee was born.The elaborate lies centered around who was caring for Caylee and why Casey was not at home. George started to weep when she notified him Caylee was missing. Cindy admits that George was not heard on the phone . 
Cindy had a party  for Casey's graduation. She had many credits but was shy .25 make up.  Cindy found out about the credit is . sue about 24 hours prior to her graduation . This was before Caylee was born.
Cindy is excused and the jury is removed


MOTION TO DISALLOW  THE 6 FELONY CONVICTIONS FOR CHECK FRAUD, TO BE HEARD BY JURY.
Judge Perry is addressing the motion that Caseys 6 felony convictions not be admitted. The prosecution wants the jury to hear about the check fraud convictions. The prosecution states the defense initiated the paternity of Caylee opening the door to "character." Therefore the check fraud goes to Casey's character. The prosecution will hve a chance make their case in the  am. Right now, the jury will not hear the felonies themeseves but will be givean a simple statement stating Casey has 6 felony convictions. No specifics.  Judge Perry is requesting the transcript from the defense questioning the paternity.
