John Camperelengo is on the stand. He is chief compliance officer for Gentiva Health.Cindy Anthony used to work for Gentiva Health before her granddaughter was reported missing.JC says Gentiva has servers that contain emails received and deleted by employees. JC says every employee has their very own login. Tudge Perry is reading stipulation to jurors. Tax documents and records from Gentiva.  He is looking at employee profile of CA  including her network login.  The state is putting Cindy's work records and emails into evidence. JC says emails were sent from Cindy on work system March 17-21. The entire week of March 17, 2008 was submitted into evidence . It looks as if on 3/17/08 Cindy logged onto her work station at 7:02. (central time). The log in system shows CINDY ANTHONY worked everyday 3/17-3/21 ..In the "Job Info" category Witness says it shows if it was a work station as opposed to lap top. The week 3/17-3/21 are from workmstation. He sys not all employees are required to log on. He says log on shows "Unity system" will be activated. Baez is rocking in his chair and looking up At the ceiling. He says if you walk away for 15 minutes it would keep you logged on. On 3/21/08 It shows Cindy logged on at 7:43 and logged at 16:37 (central time). Jury is looking at Cindy 's journal report from same week. It's all the entries In Gentiva's system. Jurors aren't really taking notes.Here is one of the documents showing Cindy Anthony working 3/17/2008 - 3/21/2008.



JC says they can't exactly tell you what was done (identity of patient) but can show activity done by person who was logged in terminal.JC says computer records show on March 17, 2008 Cindy was entering info into Gentiva's system at a work station from 1-3p eastern time.
On March 21, 2008 JC says according to Gentiva's work records Cindy was entering patient information from 2p-3p (eastern time).
