State now calls Debbie Polisano as their 3rd rebuttal witness. She was a coworker / boss of Cindy Anthony. Polisano says Cindy had a team of fiel.d staff who worked under her. She was responsible for paperwork. Polisano says other employees could use workstations but they would have to log in under their name. Prosecutor Frank George asks supervisor if she ever changed Cindy Anthony's time card. She says no. Cindy's time card report says on March 17th she worked a total of 10 hours. March 21, 2008 it shows she worked for 9.5 hrs. Polisano says there isn't a time where Cindy Anthony would have been at home (comp time) but work records show at work. Says that's illegal.
