Motion for Competency

The motion filed was an emergency order appointing experts for competency evaluation.Motion to determine competency says, "Counsel reasonably believes Ms. Anthony is not competent to aid and assist in her own defense."  The motion was filed Saturday. It says based on privileged communications between Casey and her Counsel, it's a concern. 
The motion for competency says it is made in good faith and on reasonable grounds that Defendant is incompetent to proceed. 
From defense  motion: "Ms. Anthony is not competent to aid... in her own defense and is incompetent to proceed....
The docs were Harry A. McClaren,Chattahoochee forensic psychologist; Daniel Tressler, Altamonte Spgs psychologist; and Dr. Ryan C.W. Hall Lake Mary forensic psychologist.he 3 doctors who evaluated CA - their reports are sealed but not the competency motion .The experts examined Anthony and reviewed her jail medical and psychiatric reports.The doctors found CA was competent and the trial could proceed.
Rumor is this was done to prepare CAsey to take the stand..
