Court recessed

All attorneys are now at the bench talking to the judge. The jury is gone Jose Baez states the defense will wrap up its case tomorrow. River Cruz/Krystal Holloway was reported to be in lobby today. DB asks if things don't wrap up Saturday could closing arguments happen Sunday? Judge says possibly. JP has to check with jury.  JP> don't make plans for Sunday and  Monday. Ashton> You can see the fireworks great from up here. JP? Yes. Adjourned.
